With an MBA at HEC Montréal and a graphic design training, Pascale has solid expertise in communications-marketing, public relations and event organization. 
She has worked in many sectors, including culture, real estate and media analysis, and has been a part-time communications consultant at the Centre interuniversitaire québécois de statistiques sociales (CIQSS) since 2020. She joined the CIRANO team in March 2024 as part-time event coordinator.
