James Wabenga Yango is an economist holding a Ph.D. in Economics from Laval University, a master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Oxford, and a master’s degree in Economics from Laval University. His research expertise spans international macroeconomics, the analysis of fiscal and monetary policy, and incorporating demographic dynamics into macroeconomic modeling.
His work primarily focuses on understanding how demographic changes influence macroeconomic outcomes and policy effectiveness in an increasingly interconnected global economy. By employing advanced econometric techniques and dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) models, he aims to provide insights into the complex interactions between economic policies and demographic shifts, thereby contributing to the design of more effective economic policy frameworks.
