Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin takes part in the opening of the Journée de l’IA de confiance

On January 15, 2026, the second edition of the Journée de l’IA de confiance, organized by Confiance IA, was held in Montréal. The event brought together stakeholders from research, industry and public institutions to discuss the operationalization of trustworthy artificial intelligence.

On this occasion, Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, President and CEO of CIRANO, took part in the opening of the event as a featured speaker. She delivered a strategic presentation entitled « Convertir la recherche en impact économique – Défis & opportunités », highlighting key levers for transforming research outcomes into tangible value for organizations and the economy.

Her contribution was part of a program focused on experience sharing, ethical and regulatory challenges, intellectual property valorization and collaboration between research and innovation ecosystems.
