Presentation of the « Baromètre de la confiance des consommateurs québécois à l’égard des aliments » by Ingrid Peignier, Director of Partnerships and Research Development and CIRANO Project Director, at the panel on consumer confidence in food processors, organized by the Conseil des Industries Bioalimentaires de l'île de Montréal (CIBÎM) on October 27.
The panel, moderated by Katerine-Lune Rollet, provided an opportunity to deepen the reflection on some of the findings of the «Baromètre de la confiance ». The other panelists were: Mr. Fabien Jouve (Ecocert Canada), Mr. Franck Hénot (Intermarché Boyer), Mrs. Marianne Lefebvre (Nutritionist) and Mr. Jean-Sébastien Gascon (Bœuf Québec).
