Marcel Boyer, Emeritus Professor in the Department of Economics at the Université de Montréal CIRANO Fellow, has been invited to testify before the House of Commons’ Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology in Ottawa on Wednesday, November 28, in view of its study of the Statutory Review of the Copyright Act.
