The CIRANO study on the factors of attractiveness of the Laurentians region was presented in avant-première to the Prefects and General Directors of the eight MRCs of the Laurentians in the presence of Bruno Laroche, President of the Council of Prefects and Elected Officials of the Laurentians region, and Philippe Leclerc, Director of the Council of Prefects and Elected Officials of the Laurentians region.

All the CIRANO Researchers involved in this study were present: Georges A. Tanguay (Université du Québec à Montréal), Jean-Denis Garon (Université du Québec à Montréal), Ingrid Peignier (CIRANO), Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin (Polytechnique Montréal), Jean-Philippe Meloche (Université de Montréal).
