New edition of PERSPECTIVES semi-annual magazine

Twice a year, CIRANO publishes a collection of articles from the Revue PERSPECTIVES, with the exception of articles published as part of the thematic year. These are grouped together in a special issue published in autumn each year.

The latest edition features five articles, three of them in English. CIRANO's aim is to raise the visibility of our work and expertise outside Quebec, particularly among federal institutions. We are also seeking to strengthen CIRANO's appeal as a Quebec reference center among decision-makers in other provinces, and to explore new avenues of collaboration on certain pan-Canadian issues.
