This study uses data from the 1981, 2001, and 2021 Canadian censuses to examine Francophone access to management positions in Quebec. The text is divided into three parts. The first presents the data, variables, and linguistic composition of the total and employed populations of Quebec. The second focuses on the descriptive results, and the third on the multivariate analysis, both for management positions.

Our descriptive results indicate that bilingualism among Francophones and Anglophones slightly improves men's and women's access to management positions compared to unilingual Francophones. However, the situation for the latter group improved in 2021 compared to 1981 and 2001. The multivariate analyses confirm the importance of bilingualism as an attribute facilitating access to management positions.
